I'm Kateryna Rudenko.International B2B companies across EU, UK and the USA built two marketing functions from zero.
I started in adtech at MGID, which is where I learned that marketing without measurement is just opinion. From there I moved in-house, and repeatedly found myself in the same situation: a company with a genuinely good product, real customers, international ambitions and no marketing function at all. At UXV Technologies in Copenhagen I built one from zero and led a team of five. At O.L.KAR, Ukraine's largest veterinary pharmaceuticals manufacturer, I opened digital and international channels for a business that had only ever sold through representatives.
In 2020 I founded my own agency in Ukraine, serving B2B and consumer clients across several markets and around 20 niches. I had to close it when the full-scale invasion began, and after some time reopened it again in London. I still have a team, and we lead e-commerce businesses. Today I combine that work with my fractional CMO practice, running Biz Marketing, an AI-native agency for e-commerce growth.
Why fractional works
Most B2B companies at this stage need CMO-level thinking and don't need a CMO five days a week. A full-time hire costs more than the problem, takes months to recruit, and often arrives to find there's no team to lead. Fractional gets you the decisions without the overhead.
How I work with founders
I explain what's happening and why, I hit deadlines, and I bring results rather than activity. Founders who've worked with me tend to say the same thing — that they always knew where things stood.
I work in English, from London, with clients across the UK, EU and the USA.
Let's find out if I'm the right hire.

You describe
where growth has stalled.
- 02
I tell you
what I'd look at first — and whether the problem actually needs a CMO.
- 03
You leave
with something useful either way.
